All events hosted by member organizations of the Panhellenic Association must abide by the FSILG Social Event Policy.
For events on campus, please use the ATLAS system.
Any events held in chapter facilities must be registered using the FSILG Social Event Registration form.
Social events in which total attendance is expected to exceed maximum occupancy for the property, or total attendance exceeds 249 persons must receive special event permits from the relevant municipality, register via the MIT FSILG Social Event Registration form (same as above), and receive approval from the MIT FSILG Office and relevant governing council. For these events, there is no invitation limit unless specified by the Associate Dean/Director of the FSILG Office.
